Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following details to understand our shipping process:

• Processing Time:
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on holidays or from Friday, 12:00 PM EST through Sunday.

• Shipping Method:
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail.
  • At this time we do not provide tracking.

• Delivery Times:
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days, depending on your location within the continental U.S.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays or weather conditions.

• Shipping Delays:
  • In the event of high order volumes, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you promptly if your shipment is expected to be delayed beyond normal processing times.
  • Once shipped, any further delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

• Shipping Coverage:
  • We currently only ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

• Shipping Costs:
  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee.

• Incorrect Shipping Information:
  • Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

• Undeliverable Packages:
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will notify you and offer options for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

• Eligibility for Return: Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the original order date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Return Shipping Fees: The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

• Return Process:
  1. To initiate a return, please email: David@thepoweroflove.art to explain the reason for the return and the address that it will be mailed to.
  2. Pack the item securely, using the original packaging if possible, and include the original order number in the package.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable method to ensure it arrives safely.
  4. Once email is shipped email the tracking number to David@thepoweroflove.art 

• Refund Policy: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in new, unused condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error in shipment.

• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchange requests are subject to availability.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to final sale items, personalized products, and digital goods. Please refer to the product description or contact customer service for specific details.
